The team at VHA are fantastic—efficient, friendly, and always willing to assist and go far beyond their duties. Even to the extent that if I accidentally call and put the phone down, they call back straight away. A year ago I was operating on an old QuickBooks system, Bongumusa and the team came in and upgraded us to Xero, and trained us on how to use Xero. They never hesitated to help when I made an error or needed advice. At this point, I’m starting to think I’m a little bit of a Xero hero 😂. Thank you Musa and the team—you have turned the most dreaded part of my day into pleasure.
