Nischay Jugree is an ambitious and driven Junior Accountant with a strong academic and leadership background. He completed his matric in 2024 with outstanding results, earning distinctions in English, Business Studies, Accounting, and Life Orientation. During his final year of high school, he served as Headboy and was recognised as one of the top achievers.

Originally from Richards Bay, Nischay relocated to Greytown in 2022, where he continued to nurture his passion for numbers and business. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Accounting Science in Financial Accounting through the University of South Africa (Unisa), with the long-term goal of qualifying as a Chartered Accountant.

Professionally, Nischay works as a Junior Accountant, where he is responsible for bookkeeping, VAT submissions and reviews, as well as preparing management accounts. He is also a Xero Advisor Certified professional, equipped with the skills to work efficiently on cloud-based accounting platforms. His passion for Accounting is evident in his dedication and enthusiasm for his work.

Outside of his professional life, Nischay is a keen football fan, enjoys gaming, watching TV series and finds relaxation in music. Kayleen Lutchman

Qualifications and Credentials- Matric, Bachelor of Arts (Health Science and Social Services) Degree through UNISA, Microsoft Excel Beginner Course through Summit Solutions, Practical KYC & Due Diligence (FICA Awareness Training) through DocFox, Microsoft Excel Intermediate course through Pietermaritzburg & Midlands Chamber of Business and I am currently completing a bookkeeping course through IQ Academy.

Kayleen Lutchman is a dedicated and compassionate administrative professional with over three years of experience in the accounting and legal sectors. Currently serving in a dynamic administrative role at VHA Accounting Solutions, she is responsible for overseeing system functionality and operational workflows, attending to payroll processing and submissions, onboarding new clients, and maintaining accurate administrative records.

Her role also includes creating share certificates, submitting annual returns to CIPC, managing company reinstatements, deregistration’s and formations, handling director changes, and submitting beneficial ownership declarations. Kayleen also provides vital support to both the Office Manager and Tax Manager with various ad hoc tasks, ensuring seamless office operations.

Driven by a lifelong passion for helping people, Kayleen initially pursued a degree in Psychology. This same passion continues to shine through in her work at VHA, where she finds great fulfilment in supporting and assisting clients with professionalism and empathy.

Outside of work, Kayleen enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new places with her partner. She has also discovered a love for painting, which allows her to express her creativity and unwind.
