The VHA Client Karbon App provides one secure place for us to work together. Instead of sending documents back and forth via email, you can securely upload files, respond to requests, communicate with your Accounting Portfolio Manager, and keep track of everything in one convenient location.

What can you do with the VHA Client Karbon App?

With the VHA Client Karbon App, you can:

• Securely upload and share documents with our team.
• Receive requests for information and respond quickly.
• Communicate directly with your Accounting Portfolio Manager through the comments section on your
  checklists.
• Review and electronically sign documents (where applicable).
• Receive notifications and reminders, so you never miss an important request.
• Access your information anytime, anywhere.

Getting started is quick and easy!

1. Look out for your Karbon invitation email.
2. Click Accept Invitation.
3. Create your password and sign in.
4. Start using the VHA Client Karbon App.

For the best experience, we recommend downloading the free VHA Client Karbon App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The app allows you to receive instant notifications, upload documents, respond to requests, and stay connected with our team wherever you are. You can also access your client portal at any time using your preferred web browser.

Need Help Getting Started?

The VHA Client Karbon App offers helpful resources, including getting started videos, client walkthrough videos, and interactive guides to help you become familiar with the platform. If you need any guidance, simply ask your Accounting Portfolio Manager.
